1. What EV Libre is

EV Libre is a web service that shows the live status of electric-vehicle charge points and notifies you when a port you are watching becomes available. Status data comes from a third-party source (Iberdrola); EV Libre is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Iberdrola or any charge-point operator.

2. Free use and the paid Watch

Viewing charge-point status and searching for stations are free. Creating a Watch (a notification that alerts you when a port frees up) requires an active paid subscription: EV Libre Monthly, €4.99 per month. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Notifications are not a guarantee

A notification means the port was observed as free at the moment it was checked. It is not a guarantee that the port is still free when you arrive — another driver may take it, status data can be delayed, and charge points can change state or go out of service at any time. You rely on notifications at your own discretion.

4. Accounts

Sign-in uses a one-time magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to subscribe.

5. Service availability

The service depends on third-party data and infrastructure and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, the accuracy or timeliness of status data, or that a notification will be delivered.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EV Libre is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a missed, delayed, or inaccurate notification, a charge point being unavailable, or reliance on status data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it in breach of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law & seller

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. The service is operated from Spain by Andriy Kotko (NIF ESY9533811A). See Contact for how to reach us.
