Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 June 2026

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Andriy Kotko (NIF ESY9533811A), Spain. For any privacy question, contact support@evlibre.cc.

2. What we collect

  • Your email address (for magic-link sign-in) and your authentication user id.
  • Your selected station and your Watch records (which port you are watching).
  • Push notification subscription and device data (so we can deliver alerts).
  • Billing identifiers from Stripe (customer and subscription ids, subscription status).
  • Technical logs and basic usage/diagnostics needed to run and improve the service.

3. Card data

EV Libre does not store or process your card details. All payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We only store the billing identifiers Stripe returns.

4. Where your data lives

Application data is stored in Supabase (EU region). Payments are processed by Stripe. The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers act as processors on our behalf.

5. Why we use it & legal bases

We process your data to provide the service (account, station selection, Watches), to deliver notifications, and to bill the paid subscription. Legal bases (GDPR): performance of our contract with you, your consent (push notifications), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@evlibre.cc. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).

8. Cookies & local storage

We use local storage and similar technologies only as needed to run the app (for example, your sign-in session and a per-browser installation id for push delivery).

9. Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — page views, referrers, country, and device type. It is cookieless and privacy-friendly: it sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personal data, so measurement is anonymous and aggregated and needs no consent.

Inside the app we also use Google Analytics, which loads only if you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time from the cookie preferences in the app.
