Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. The plan

EV Libre Monthly costs €4.99 per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the Manage billing link in the app, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — your Watch access stays active until then, and you are not charged again.

3. Refunds

Because access continues until the end of the period you paid for, we do not offer automatic or prorated refunds for partial months.

We review refunds manually only in specific cases — for example a duplicate charge, a clear billing error, or another exceptional situation. To request one, email support@evlibre.cc with your account email and the charge date.

EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Because EV Libre Monthly is a digital service that starts immediately, by subscribing you ask us to begin providing it at once and acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost once the period you paid for has started.

4. Price or plan changes

If we change the price or the plan, the change applies to future renewals and we will make the new terms available before they take effect.
